Olympics Swimming Champion Michael Phelphs is suspended for three months after the whole bong thing. USA Swimming is very dissaponted by Phelps because he is a role model for so many. Wall Street Journal editors wrote an article about how hundreds of thousands of people are arrested every year on drug charges and why Phelps should be treated no differently.
