How do I track my order?

Has my order shipped?
It normally takes Cybernetplaza 1-2 business days to process all orders regardless of the shipping option you select. Customer will be notified on the status of the order thru email in 24-48 hours.

When will my back-order arrive?
Non-discontinued items that are on backorder will ship as soon as item is back in stock. To facilitate processing, customers should do regular follow-up on backorders.

How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be cancelled at anytime. Cancellation may be done either thru email or by telephone. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
